I'm a 28 year old female. Who has after 16 years of hospital treatment finally been diagnosed with BPD. Finally being given information on this illness is like looking into the mirror and I feel hopeful that something now will be done to help me fight this. I'm awaiting DBT treatment a combination of individual and group therapy. Anyone started this treatment yet?
